Load money from your UBL account (for UBL Account holders)*
You can use your UBL deposit account to recharge your UBL Omni account. Use this feature to load your UBL Omni account whenever you run out of money.
Unload money to your UBL account (for UBL Account holders)*
If you want to take money out of your UBL Omni account, you can unload it to your UBL account and then use your favorite payment method to withdraw it (Omni Dukaan, ATM, branch etc).
Withdraw Cash (for UBL Omni accounts)
You can also withdraw money from your UBL Omni account and collect it at a UBL Omni Dukaan or UBL branch(for online branches). Contact your nearest UBL Omni Dukaan or online branch for assistance. For a list of UBL Omni Dukaan and for online UBL branches
Request Process:
1. Use the Cash SMS command .
2. Authorize the payment in a confirmation call.
3. You will receive a 16 digit reference number on the confirmation SMS received when your transaction is successfully completed.
Withdrawal Process
UBL Omni Dukaan
1. When you go to collect you cash from UBL Omni Dukaan, please take your original CNIC along with you
2. Give your 16 digit reference number to the person at UBL Omni Dukaan and show your original CNIC
3. The person will enter the information in the system and on successful completion handover the printed receipt along with cash to you.
4. You will receive an automated confirmation SMS from ‘8257'
UBL Branch
1. When you go to collect your cash from the specified branch, fill out UBL Omni payment slip. Enter on the payment slip, the 16 digit reference number, transaction amount and your computerized NIC.
2. Present your payment slip to the teller and collect your cash.
Check balance and limits
You can check available limits and current balance of your UBL Omni Account at any given time by using “Bal” SMS command. There is no confirmation call for this command.
