Sir, Aslam Alukum I am Muhammad Nawaz s/o SalhaMuhammad from village Kamal din taluka Ubauro Disst:Ghotaki. I have received UBL watan card Issue date14-12-2010,but watan card has not been activated yet, we are flood victims and we do not get any financial support from Govt or any other organization.please help me in this regard. my NIC num is 45105-1858452-3and my WATAN CARD number is 4585477755204000
